GB Rowing Success for Former Surbiton High School Pupil

Surbiton High School Alumni, Lola Anderson, has represented Great Britain in the Women’s Quadruple Sculls at the U23 World Championships in Sarasota, Florida.

Lola rowed for Surbiton High School and represented GB three times including the Junior World Championships where she won a silver medal, before continuing her rowing career whilst studying for an English degree at Newcastle University.
The women’s quad of Lola Anderson, Ella Toa, Molly Harding and Lucy Glover won the first of six gold medals for GB, these combined with two silver medals resulted in GBs best-ever performance topping the medal table.

Congratulations to Lola from all at Surbiton High School and the Green and Silver Club.
