Founders' Day 2023

22 Feb 2023
Latest News

This term, the whole community enjoyed celebrating our 139th birthday on 25 January with the traditional iced buns. This was followed by an assembly focusing on the importance of friendship, featuring wise words from our Prep School pupils, our alumnae and our staff. It highlighted that good humour, support and understanding are qualities of friendships, especially those made at Surbiton High School, that can last a lifetime.

We are indebted to those whose foresight and passion for education founded our school in 1884 and the Senior School gathered in St Mark’s Church to give thanks for all the lasting benefits of being part of the Surbiton High School Community.
