George Barnaby Dendle
29 October 2000 – 2 May 2026
A truly beautiful son, brother and grandson George passed away in New York City on 2 May 2026 at the age of 25.
George was a pupil at Surbiton Prep from 2005 to 2012 before moving to Reed’s School in Cobham where he completed his secondary education. George graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class honours degree in Computer Science in 2023.
George joined Deutsche Bank in London, and then New York, and was a rising star in FX trading.
George was also a competitive ski racer and some of George’s happiest times were spent on the dry slopes of the UK, and in the mountains of Europe, with so many friends and colleagues racing for Surbiton Prep, Reed’s School and Sandown Park Race Club.
