Our Green & Silver Club Bursary Fund

May Love Always Lead Us

The Green & Silver Club Bursary Fund is the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. Widening access to pupils from all backgrounds is of central importance to the Green & Silver Community. Our Bursary Fund awards means-tested bursaries to support high-achieving pupils to join the Senior School or Sixth Form, as well as emergency bursaries for families facing unexpected hardships. Our bursaries are designed to support pupils from families who may otherwise face financial barriers, to pursue their education, fulfill their potential, and to achieve their goals. Every donation helps us to provide life-changing opportunities to pupils who could not otherwise benefit from a Surbiton High School education. The Green & Silver Club Bursary Fund does not benefit from an endowment fund, and therefore is wholly reliant on the ongoing generosity of our school community of current and former parents, alumni, staff, governors, and friends to sustain our Bursary Fund. This academic year, the Green & Silver Club Bursary Fund is supporting 5 pupils.

The Difference a Green & Silver Bursary Can Make

We cannot express our gratitude strongly enough for the generosity and support shown by you, current and former pupils, parents, and staff for investing your time and resources in the future of Surbiton High School pupils. Together, we can inspire, encourage, and empower the next generation of leaders. Over the years, former bursary recipients have gone on to follow a wide variety of career paths but all of them are united by their desire to pass on the benefits of the Surbiton High School education they received.
